Toolbar
Toolbars contain the common operations located together for
particular tasks. The Viewer applications have four toolbars
including Standard toolbar, Workspace Manager Window toolbar, Map
Operation toolbar, and Layer Control toolbar which appear by
default.
- The Standard toolbar includes most standard operations, such as
open and save a file, cut, copy, paste, print and other system
commands.
- The Workspace Manager Window toolbar includes the display modes
(such as Large Icon, Small Icon, List, Detail, etc.) of the
resources in the Workspace Manager Window, and some basic
operations (such as back to the previous directory, back to the
previous operation, etc.) for the resources in the window.
- The Map Operation toolbar includes most basic operations on the
map window, such as Browse Attribute, Select, Zoom In, Zoom Out,
Zoom Free, Pan, View Entirely, Full Screen, Previous View, Next
View, Refresh, etc.
- The Layer Control toolbar includes an edit box where to display
the editable layer that can be selected from the drop-down list,
and a Layer Control button that provides a convenient way to
control the layers in the current map window.
Besides the above four toolbars in the system, other toolbars
are available according to your needs. And two ways are provided to
open/hide a toolbar on the application window: one is to right
click the toolbar area and select the needed toolbar in the
shortcut menu; the other is to choose View > Toolbar and select
the needed toolbar in the sub-menu. Any of the toolbars can float
on the desktop or be located at a fixed position.
