Line -> Region

Command Reference

Converts line dataset to region dataset.

Procedure

  1. Choose Dataset > Convert > Line -> Region. The Line -> Region dialog box will display.
  2. Select the source dataset to be converted in the Source Data area.
  3. Select the target datasource to save the new dataset in the Result Data area, and type a name for the dataset or leave it as the default name.
  4. Click OK.

Note

When you are converting an unclosed line object to a region object, the system will connect the start point and the end point of the line to form a region object.
