Using AvisMap Deskpro Help System

AvisMap Deskpro help includes completed, built-in documentation in a fully accessible Help system. The Help documentation provides extensive explanations about the tools, commands, concepts, processes, and keyboard shortcuts. Use the tabs in the left pane to find the information you need.

Use the tabs in the left pane to find the information you need:

Contents

Lists all topics that are organized around the applications and steps required to complete a task. Use the Contents tab to look up general topics and see how they are organized.

Index

Lists all topics within the Help system alphabetically that are available by entering a required keyword that identifies your task.

Search

Allows you to type any term or combination of terms for which you want to search. This function searches the Contents topics for the word or words entered. Use the AND, OR, NOT, and NEAR operators between terms will facilitate searching for contents.

  • AND -- Finds topics that contain both of the words.

  • OR -- Finds topics that contain either of the words.

  • NEAR -- Finds topics that contain both words within eight words of each other.

  • NOT -- Finds topics that contain the first word, but not the second.

Favorites

Gives you the opportunity to create a personalized list of favorite Help topics.

Menu Help > Content

Open AvisMap Deskpro help and select the Contents tab in the Navigation pane of the HTML Help Viewer.

Open AvisMap Deskpro help and select the Index tab in the Navigation pane of the HTML Help Viewer.
