Workspace file is used to store users' working environment, including datasources, maps, layouts, symbol library, and line library and so on. The suffix is smw.
There can be only one workspace exists in AvisMap at one time. So if you want to open another workspace file, you should first close the current one.
There are four ways to access this function.
If currently there is an edited workspace, the system will prompt you to save the workspace first, and only after the existing workspace has been closed, can the current workspace be opened. A workspace can be opened in read-only mode. But in this mode, all the datasources and datasets in the workspace can't be edited.

For saved workspace, also you can save it to other directory by using Save Workspace As.
